The Situation:

Myriad has won multiple pitch events and awards, as well as the support of amazing pioneer investors, governments and the European Union. We’ve consistently sold out all our pre-sale and crowdfunding campaigns and now have a solid base of customers, ranging from families to companies, schools and healthcare facilities.

 

Many of our customers are novices when it comes to growing plants, and especially the early phases of growth are tricky. We’ve built a grow room to give our customers the best head start, where we nurture seedlings and young plants before they move to their destination. We need someone to manage our grow room effectively while troubleshooting and optimizing our growing processes. That’s where you come in! 

 

As a Working Student in Grow Room Management, you'll play a key role in growing fresh seedlings our customers want and bring the joy of indoor gardening to them. You will: 

• Nurture and perfect plant growth. You grow and take care of different batches, track progress and choose the absolute best quality plants for our customers. 

• Bring the grow room to life. You manage seeding schedules and priorities, fine-tune the perfect conditions for thriving plants, and make sure the equipment is in great shape. 

• Get plants ready for their new homes! Prepare and pack orders with care, so the young plants safely arrive, ready to thrive in their new gardens. 

 

What You Bring: 

• You’re enrolled in a German university. Ideally, you’re close to finishing your studies. 

• You have no problem talking and writing both in German and English. 

• You’ve gained first practical experience that helps you with this role. 

• You love to take care of plants and seedlings. 

• You notice the little things and act quickly to fix problems. 

• You want to grow as a person and love taking on new and challenging tasks.
