Working Student “Customer Success & Content Creation”
in a Vertical Indoor Gardening Startup 

At Myriad we create vertical indoor gardens that transform any wall into lush growing space. We make growing your own food as easy as clicking a button. Our technology uses 99% less water and fertilizer and doesn’t need outside space. We work towards a future where everybody can grow their own healthy and tasty food using minimal resources. The Situation:

Myriad has won multiple pitch events and awards, as well as the support of amazing pioneer investors, governments and the European Union. We’ve consistently sold out all our pre-sale and crowdfunding campaigns and now have a solid base of customers, ranging from families to companies, schools and healthcare facilities.

Our customers are excited about our product, but they need more guidance to make sure they get the most out of it. Our inbox is buzzing with questions, and we have a million stories to share, but not enough time to tell them. That’s where you come in! 

As a Working Student in Customer Success & Content Creation, you’ll play a key role in building and maintaining great relationships with our customers - via Email, WhatsApp, Newsletters and social media. You will: 

• Turn customers into raving fans. Sometimes things don't go according to plan. That’s okay! You help customers solve their problems and even go a step beyond. 

• Improve customer experience. You listen carefully to their feedback and create lasting systems that create a great experience for them and all future customers. 

• Shape our brand communication. You create inspiring newsletters and tell success stories, building a voice that resonates with our mission and customers. 

What You Bring: 

• You’re enrolled in a German university. Ideally, you’re close to finishing your studies. 

• You have no problem talking and writing both in German and English. 

• You’ve gained first practical experience that helps you with this role. 

• You genuinely care about people and find joy in helping them solve their problems. 

• You’re a great storyteller and know how to turn ideas into compelling content. 

• You want to grow as a person and love taking on new and challenging tasks.
