The Situation:

Myriad has won multiple pitch events and awards, as well as the support of amazing pioneer investors, governments and the European Union. We’ve consistently sold out all our pre-sale and crowdfunding campaigns and now have a solid base of customers, ranging from families to companies, schools and healthcare facilities.

 

We’ve just finished setting up the first iteration of our production, sales and financial processes. But this creates a complicated web of variables that still need improvement. That’s where you come in! 

 

As an Management Assistant Intern, you'll support the founders of the company with important tasks, analyzing and improving these processes. You will: 

• Work smarter, not harder: You identify areas of improvement, help make those changes happen and create new standardized processes. 

• Connect the dots: You dive into operational and financial data and find patterns that help us make smarter decisions for future growth. 

• Hunt for quality partners: You help us find the best business partners, manage and test orders, and judge which ones meet our standards. 

 

What You Bring: 

• You have no problem talking and writing both in German and English. 

• You enjoy breaking down complex problems and solving them one step at a time. 

• You’re organized, you thrive when everything is in its place. 

• You’re eager to learn and want to take on new and challenging tasks.
